I started my journey with pladis leading our snacks business on the Tesco team. I have been fortunate enough to gain a breadth of experience within the business and have enjoyed good career progression. My roles within market strategy and planning have given me a much more cross-functional outlook and are a great vantage point to see everything that makes an FMCG business tick.
My biggest achievement is being part of the team that is transforming the way we manage promotions and helping to shape the approach that retailers take in this area.
