Head of HQHR – Corporate & Commercial
Located at Hayes, this role partners with Corporate and Commercial business leaders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, S&OP and R&D who form part of the UK Leadership team. This role is part of the leadership teams for these business areas and has full accountability for designing and implementing the strategic people plans aligned to business objectives.
The role is also part of the UK HR Leadership Team supporting the development of the wider HR agenda across the region as well as taking lead roles in cross regional and inter regional projects such as change management, org design and employment legislation changes.
The individual has accountability for designing and implementing the people plans using commercial insight, business objectives and an understanding of the wider HR agenda to create a strategy to support the development of the individual functional areas which they will own. The plan will be designed over a 3 year period with specific objectives then broken down on an annual basis. The individual will need to challenge confidently and create credibility in the functional areas in order to get things done.
The business stakeholders look to this individual to be a subject matter expert in people related issues as well as providing innovative people solutions, leadership and direction during a period of continued business transformation.
